We did not wait at all, called ahead of time. Also nurse very friendly, explained clearly the expected procedure and after care. My son had the Flu vaccine with no problems. Then received the appropriate relevant information through phone immediately after.

Dr Joshua Pincombe is the best GP I have ever had. This is the second time that I had an appointment with him and I am continually amazed by his enormous knowledge, passion for health and professional manner. He is always so clear about options and next steps and has never dismissed a symptom or a concern.

I got an appointment with the doctor I wanted to see in reasonable time. I have found it hard in the past to access the bookings portal at the right time, and this time is was available when I needed it and straight forward to use. Making this portal more available for people to book non-urgent appointments is important.

Although there was a 1 week wait to see the GP, once I saw them, my concerns were listened to and fully addressed and treatment plan explained. The doctor also noted I'd made a separate request for a fit note & discussed that & dealt with it during the appointment.

Kerry is so lovely and explains everything really well. No question is ever a silly question and she is amazing with the children. The appointment was really easy to book and i was given a choice of dates and times which suited us.

As always, very nice Reception Staff. Was kept informed about a delay to my appointment time and reason why. During my appointment my named GP was very informative re: my Results and explained clearly about my diagnosis and the next steps. I could not have wished for more from the Woodlands Medical Team.
