Repeat Prescriptions

If you are not suitable for electronic repeat dispensing (eRD), you can request repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

Online access is the easiest way to order your repeat medications. 

REGISTER FOR ONLINE ACCESS

In registering for online access please remember to bring some form of photo-identification such as a driving license or passport with you". 

If you are sharing an email address please be aware that each patient sharing that email address will need to register if they wish to be given online access.

Repeat Prescription

 

Collections

The practice requires 7 Days to process repeat prescriptions. The pharmacy will also require 48 hours to process the prescription. Please allow time for this when reviewing your supply of medication. 

If you have reached the end of your repeat prescription period you will need to allow time for your own doctor to re-authorise the prescription. Depending on the doctor’s work pattern, this may take longer than 7 Days Please note when your medication is due for re-authorisation and allow plenty of time for this to be processed.

When requesting a repeat prescription please provide all of the details identified on your previous prescription.
